UPS shipping rates are determined in Real-Time. Oversized items may have an additional shipping charge. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice and include a per package Handling Charge.

UPS orders can only be shipped to Continental US Street Addresses.

UPS WILL NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

POST OFFICE
You will fill out your order form and checkout as with other orders. However, the only shipping charge that will appear on your order at the time of checkout is a $4.00 Post Office Handling Charge. Upon receipt of your order, we will determine the actual shipping expenses and email you for approval BEFORE we process the additional shipping charges.

If you do not accept, YOU MUST CANCEL your order via email within five (5) working days. Cancellations NOT received within the five (5) working day window, will be processed and charged the additional shipping as ordered.

If you are paying via PAYPAL you must submit payment for the additional shipping charges in order for us to continue processing your order.

INTERNATIONAL (US Postal Service Only)

All international orders - including Canada and Mexico - are charged by the pound for shipping plus a Handling Fee of $4.00 per order.

All international orders are shipped via US Post Office using whatever method is standard for your country.

Will my order ship the same day I place the order online?
We CANNOT guarantee shipping times. Since we drop ship from all over the US, there is some necessary processing time before your order can ship. Most orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days from placement of the order. Orders which require assembly will typically ship 2-3 business days after placement of the order. How long will my order take to reach me?
UPS Ground: 1 - 7 Business Days.
UPS 3-Day Select: 1 - 3 Business Days.
UPS 2nd Day Air: 1-2 Business Days.
UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day (by 5pm)

**Please note that Business Days does not include weekends or holidays and does not count the day your item ships. These shipping times begin once the package has been picked up by the carrier, it DOES NOT take into account processing time.

Our items are drop shipped from all over the country. We can make no guarantees as to the origin of your shipment. These suppliers inspect all merchandise before shipping. If you receive damaged merchandise you must file a claim with the freight carrier. Any shortages should be reported to us immediately upon receipt of your order.

You can track your order by clicking the appropriate link below, once we have supplied you with a tracking number. Most US Postal Service orders will not have tracking numbers.

Please Note: If ordered items are out of stock at time of order, but are scheduled to arrive within 7 working days, we WILL NOT consider this a backorder. We will send you a confirmation email with an estimated shipping date. We will then ship your order when the item arrives. If you have selected and paid for shipping other than ground, you will be given the opportunity to change your shipping preference and either receive a credit for a less expensive shipping method or authorize an upgrade in shipping.
